Viroc

Viroc® Cement Bonded Particle Board

Viroc is a composite panel made from a blend of wood particles and cement, known as Cement Bonded Particle Board (CBPB). This panel combines the flexibility of wood with the strength and durability of cement, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. Produced in accordance with EN 634 and EN 13986 standards, Viroc carries the CE Marking Certificate, ensuring quality and safety.

The Viroc panel has a unique, heterogeneous appearance with tonal variations resulting from the natural colors of the raw materials and the chemical reactions during production. These tone differences may appear on the same surface, between the two faces of a panel, or across different production batches, giving each panel a distinctive, natural look. With an innovation, I present a new and more homogeneous product with finishes, paints and finishes for outdoors.

About the product

In & Out Concept

With a palette of 2050 colors we have many conditions available. With the In & Out system we double the possibilities. It is a machining process where we create a slatted appearance, that is, cutting the board with 3cm slats and a 3cm empty space, resulting in the castle effect.

The In model is cast on the Viroc board and then cleaned and painted with a 2-component dye, the color is reset and allowed to rest for 24 hours so that the solvents can dry completely. Only then does it enter a calibrating machine to remove the front paint from the piece that results from a castle finish with the chosen colors with the advantage of being exterior.

The Out model is the opposite. The entire plate is repaired for painting and is completely painted, then rests for 24 hours.

For the solvents to dry completely, the next step is to cut the castles so that the chosen color remains on the top surface.
